Eligible Products
This offer applies only to the following NAD Classic Series Amplifier models | NAD C 379 | NAD C 389 | NAD C 399 | NAD C 3050 at authorised NAD retailers.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the bonus offer: The customer must purchase one of the eligible NAD amplifier models during the campaign period.
The purchase must be made from an authorised NAD dealer in Australia.
The offer is available to end-user customers only. Commercial or bulk purchases do not qualify.
Campaign Period
The promotion is valid for purchases made from 1st May 2026 to 30th June 2026, inclusive.
Claims submitted for purchases made outside of this period will not be honoured.
Bonus Item Fulfilment
The BONUS BluOS MDC2 Module will either: Be provided at the point of purchase by the authorised NAD dealer, OR
Supplied via redemption (where applicable), as advised by the retailer or Amber Technology.
General Conditions
Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other products. One bonus item per qualifying amplifier purchase. Amber Technology reserves the right to verify the validity of purchases and to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Amber Technology is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control, including delays by third-party suppliers.
Modifications and Termination
Amber Technology reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
Privacy
Customer information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Amber Technology’s privacy
policy and will only be used for the purposes of administering the promotion.
Returns
If the qualifying product is returned; the bonus item must also be returned in original condition. If not, the return claim won’t be processed.
